Our services include Pre-planning and Advice on how to most efficiently make up your bottom hole assembly. We provide tailored, onshore make up of bottom hole assemblies to suite individual rig capabilities and customer targets.

Titan Torque Services Ltd. will make up your bottom hole assembly and ensure the drill bit is protected with our Titan Drill Bit Protector. Along with our assurance of correct handling, this light, durable protector is puncture and impact resistant in order to provide maximum protection against any damage.

Throughout the makeup of the bottom hole assembly, our staff will follow accurate make up torque guidelines and will supply accredited torque certification. This process is computer aided in order to prevent damage to the equipment and ensure proper torque strength is met. Click the graphs below for examples of our torque summaries.

Once constructed, we then sling the bottom hole assembly for transportation to the rig and for handling offshore. The bottom hole assembly is slung in accordance to LOLER specifications. Next, we will supply the appropriate containers for Basketisation and ensure the equipment is secure. Once the load is ensured to have a balanced weight distribution it is then ready for transport to the rig.

Titan Torque Services Ltd. is able to securely send the pre assembled bottom hole assembly offshore. We will supply correct certification and cargo summaries to the customer's logistics department as well as email a complete summary package (click the chart below for an example summary). After a bottom hole assembly has been used on the offshore rig, we will then inspect the equipment, break up the assembly, and return it to the customer vendors.
