Titan Drill Bit Protector (Patent Pending)
An innovative product designed to encase the drill bit when made up to the pre-made drilling bottom hole assembly, thereby protecting the drill bit during transportation. Accordingly, the pre-making of the bottom hole assembly, including the drill bit, reduces rig time and provides an ideal solution to the problems of logistics and cost encountered by operators. Use of the Titan Drill Bit Protector eliminates the need for manual rig tongs, reduces dog collar usage, provides a reduction in multiple lifts to the rig floor, and reduces manual handling.
