Equipment
High Torque Unit
A High Torque Unit (200,000ft lbs) with a top loading headstock will be utilised for making up standard downhole equipment (Drill Collars, Motors, Hole Openers, RSS & Subs). With the capabilities of making up to 70" diameter stabs or hole openers and with an extended bed the unit has the ability to Make Up and Break Out a bottom hole assembly up to 70ft in length. A specially designed bit breaker plate allows us to perform bit makeup either vertically or horizontally. This unit is calibrated as per manufacturers recommendation and is capable of 2 3/8" to 14 ½".
Fully Rotational Torque Unit
A Fully Rotational Premium Thread Torque Unit (60,000ft lbs) with a 22" diameter is capable of Make Up and Break Out of 2'3/8" up to 22", including completion equipment casing.
Pressure Testing Unit
We run a 20,000 psi unit that allows us to provide pressure testing services.
Crane
Our facility is fit with two 10 ton cranes to ensure safe lifting of equipment and enabling the potential Make up and Break Out of large bottom hole assemblies.
